Laser hair removal did not work one bit on upper lip hair and it has all since regrown. Waste of £350. What's more, I had a session with a staff member called Cheryl and she left huge gaps during lasering and straight up skipped the Cupid's bow!! I complained months ago straight after it happened and have followed up in email and have yet to receive any kind of refund or even an apology. I also needed to reschedule an appointment at short notice and instead of rescheduling for a small fee as most clinics would, they straight up refuse to give you your treatment and take it out of your package for missing it. After all this I missed my last appointment as I didn't feel comfortable with the service I had received. Also, on one of my last sessions the lady treating me Tahnee told me we were now switching to the fine hair setting - well shouldn't it have been on that the entire time?.. Their machines also look super old and they apply no numbing cream to the upper lip which is a very painful area. Disappointing.Edit: upper lip hair is fine. I emailed and they could not be bothered to offer a refund for the poor service I received from Cheryl. Appalling customer service. Instead wanted me to go in for a review where they'd ask for another load of money for 8 more sessions (which mind you, would be £600+ meanings they expect £1200+ to get rid of the hair if it even worked).

I completed a form online to make an appointment to discuss micro needling for acne scarring. While completing the form it stated the cost for the consultation I was after would be £25. I waited 2 months for the appointment which I was ok with.On my appointment day I was met by lovely reception staff who were very welcoming. There was no delay in my appointment and I was seen straight away.I met a very experienced burns consultant who asked why I was there so I explained my story. He advised that he doesn’t do micro needling and he specialised in laser treatment. I was a little bit thrown as my form I completed clearly stated I would like to enquire into micro needling.He explained in detail the laser treatment option and the fact there is a waiting list. At the end of the appointment I was taken back to reception and actually charged £165 for my 7 minute consultation.The consultant is obviously very knowledgeable and has explained the benefits of laser treatment so it does appear to be the better option but I am a little bit thrown because my appointment was supposed to be to discuss micro needling and also supposed to cost £25.I felt at the time I was unable to question the cost and appointment as the waiting room with reception is very small and there was 2 other clients in there so I felt I couldn’t challenge it. More confidence on my front but also shock at the price!

After an incident last year and a new systems in place m, Oprah and Natalie have worked hard to put a new treatment plan in place. They have made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing if there are issues they will be resolved. I’ve even purchased another package for a second area as I trust in the team. Everyone in the team is helpful and approachable

Staff were really lovely and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. They were really caring when it came to my anxiety about getting it done and always took it slowly with me. Results are better than I could have imagined and I no longer have thick dark hairs on my face. I've never felt more confident and it was thanks to the lovely staff at sk:n

Actual treatment was quick, easy and pain free. The doctor was great and was very professional.However I booked a consultation to find out what needed to be done. The lady had a look basically said she wasn’t too sure so come back and see the someone else in 2 weeks.So I did but then I was charged £100 for that first visit on top of the £150 treatment.Service on the second appointment was great but to be charged £100 for no reason was a big shock to me.

Abi is Fantastic!I am completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.She makes me feel so comfortable when doing my laser treatment. I always know I’m in safe hands with her. I prefer the grey street skin clinic over any of the other clinics for the sole purpose of how kind the staff are. Abi always goes above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!!

I arrived for my follow-up appointment at the skin clinic to see Dr Kyriakos Kyamidis. I was met by friendly kind staff. He had prescribed me some cream and tablets to take for my eczema and I have to say it worked brilliantly the tablets are great and the cream was like magic cream within 24 hours I could see a marked difference and after two and a half years with this problem to say I was relieved is an understatement. My mental health was suffering too and now I feel 100% better. My normal self again. My confidence increased and I wished I'd done it sooner. Donna the nurse practitioner went above and beyond to make sure my GP received the letter wrote to him with my prescription on it by the Doctor to which I am very grateful. All this helped me be me again. Thank you so much I can not thank you enough.

All staff are very friendly and welcome me ebeytime I come and remember my name! Always check I'm prepared if not they sit me in a room to get sorted and accommodate my partner who brings me too. And tani who does my hair removal makes the process as comfortable as can be. Can't say enough about the team all absolutely lovely!

Had my first laser hair removal treatment. Staff are lovely and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I have a few medical issues and they made sure to check with their specialist before proceeding with anything to make sure it was safe for me. Highly recommend.

I was (as always) made to feel welcome from the front desk and the other staff. Polite and friendly made me feel ultra comfortable before the procedure. The surgeon and assistant were great and explained in detail what the procedure entailed. My care during the procedure was first class, I felt comfortable at every step. Very professional. Thank you
