Green Cross Group Practice

Having recently moved GP practices i have to say i am impressed with this surgery.It not often i use the GP, but have had to use them twice in 3 weeks, the first time i got to the surgery for 8.30, and was given an appt for 8.40!!Today i checked online for an appt and got one for 30mins later.On both occasions i felt like the drs have genuinely took their time to listen and show their care. I never felt that way at my previous surgery.The reception staff are really lovely too.The only downside is trying to get through on the telephone, but i live very close by, so its easier to access an appointment in person.So glad i moved to this practice.

Zero stars really never get through on the phone, been on nights I have to book a triage between 8.30am and 10am otherwise the option to get a call back using their switch board is not choose able and I have missed out again on getting a prescription before I go on holiday.They are supposed to be on face-to-face meetings again but good luck with that after we now know Covid is the new flu and they have disabled appointments on the useless NHS app they use. I've never been a patients of such a poorly run practice in my life the level of care is atrociousDr Chatterjee despite his alzheimer's could at least see his patients I am getting in touch with the GMC when I return because the level of care is none existent and they need reporting!

Only used for a referred service from my partner's doctor. But everything went fine, helpful staff and parking too.

Lovely practice to work at

Recently helped elderly relative to book review and follow up. At all times surgery was very helpful, seemed very concerned with his initial diagnosis and keen for follow up. Thankyou Dr O'Brien

I needed to call in and ask them to do my monthly pills early by 2 days. Was told I needed a medication review so they got me in 10mins later. I never have had a doctor like it. Absolutely no interest in what I was saying. No care at all and all he wanted to do was cut my medicine out all together on certain pills. Some of the pills I had been on 30yrs.

Fed up of ringing this place and being fobbed off with excuse after excuse,
