First time at Inizio, I was booked in with Danni, and she definitely offered the wow experience! She did exactly what I visioned and wanted. The atmosphere was fantastic, so attentive and conversational. I am excited for 6 weeks time for my next appointment.For someone who works full time and is a mama, i find it so hard to find the time to treat me and be just Rae. Inizio achieved that, and the whole experience was enjoyable and memorable.All of the staff were a lovely and professional, you can tell all of them loved their job and aimed to be the best.For someone who is guilty of jumping from hairdresser to hairdresser, I’ve definitely found my match with Dani!

Had Josh. He was lovely, listened to what I wanted, and gave helpful suggestions as to styling. The staff are all lovely and welcoming

Cannot recommend this hair salon highly enough! Having just moved to the area with a few horrendous box dyes in my hair i was instantly put at ease and reassured. Josh looked after me and my requirements well and i left feeling & looking brilliant. He was very conscientious and communicative throughout.The salon is busy and buzzy and well located in Newark.Such an asset to the town! Thank you Inizo and especially Josh ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After nearly 3 three years shielding due to Covid, my first appointment back with Josh was both amazing and emotional. Seeing I was wearing a mask, he instantly offered to wear one too and this was so reassuring for me! The new salon is amazing and lovely and clean. Josh listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave my long-overdue locks a good refresh. Such a lovely treat to have my hair washed and cut again after so long. A fantastic experience and I felt thoroughly spoilt. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh and I'm so grateful for all the effort he made for me to feel 'normal' again! Thanks so much!

very disappointed with the service, staff was friendly. i went for a patch test and hair test, they took a couple of bits of my hair to test it and never got back to me so got sorted elsewhere.

Josh was brilliant from first walking through the door at INIZIO. After trying a few barbers and hairdressers in the Newark area I was never 100% satisfied with the result. Josh put me at ease from the get go, suggested a style that I hadn't even thought of and I'm so happy with the end result - Top man, top Salon - You've got a customer for life!

On a visit to Newark from Scotland I wanted to get a wash and dry, Inizio was recommended. Les and his brilliant team were so helpful and managed to fit by me in what was an already busy time. The salon is amazing, staff were all lovely, cheerful and very talented. I could see around me the care and attention they gave to all their customers. I left the salon feeling pampered and special with soft, silky and shining hair. Loved it, love Les and his team ❤️❤️
