Crown Decorating Centre - Inverness

Asked if they could get me 1 roll of wallpaper in a certain batch number to complete a job. Were supposed to phone me to let me know if they were able to get it. When I phoned to be sure that I didn't miss the call I was told that the person I spoke to would not be in until the following week. Couldn't find any paperwork relating to what I wanted and I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to source it so I said not to bother as I had found it elsewhere. A few days later I got a call to say that the roll of wallpaper was ready for collection. When I queried this I was told that I had said to order it so I had to have it. I paid for it but will not be picking it up! Dreadfull place!

Went here to pick up paint for my mum who has had a stroke. My mum hadn't sent the voucher till late but the woman was very helpful. Great service.

Went for paint to treat exterior house woodwork. Got excellent advice from Mr Kerr. The Sadolin water based opaque coating went on easy and covered well. I'm glad I went there as I was going to use something totally different which would not have been so good.

Staff are fantastic, always helpful and eager to help problem solve, product knowledge is fantastic and I was a Dulux die hard, now converted!
