VW California Campervan Hire
This is the second time (Sept 2023) we’ve rented from Nick. The first time we went to West Wales, this time Scotland and Northumberland.The vans are all nearly new, high spec and very well and (thoughtfully) equipped (eg the optional bike rack is towbar mounted rather than attached to the rear window which means you can easily open the back door). Similarly you get a high quality Weber BBQ to use. Nick is very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible- for example allowing late drop offs for a small fee. In all highly recommended!

We have just had a wonderful week touring North Wales in Dolly. We can’t thank Nick enough for the ease of booking, quality of Campervan, all the added extras included and all the treats in the fridge. Our only complaint was having to give Dolly back!!! We would recommend Nick and VW California Campervan Hire to anyone.- an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We have hired a couple of camper vans from Nick over the last couple of years.They’re always immaculate inside and out and come with lots of extras a such as chairs, plates, cutlery and even complimentary milk and drinks.Communication with Nick has always been excellent and nothing is too much trouble.I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending VW California campervan hire.

10/10 Booking experience with Nick!!We had a 3 night hire planned, which was very easy to book and had great communication. Pickup and drop off was very easy, and there was a nice surprise when collecting. The van was faultless all weekend and came equipped with everything we needed for a family of 4. Highly recommend VW California camper van hire. We hired Belle for three nights to see if campervanning was for us. Nick was very helpful and patient showing us around the van. Not driven an automatic before but this van was so easy to drive. We really enjoyed our little trip.

We recently hired ‘Dolly’ for 4 nights in mid October. Even though the weather wasn’t great, the campervan was a nice warm retreat from the weather.The hire was easy with everything explained by Nick before we left. We will definitely look to hire again through Nick.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very easy to order, collection was efficient (some nice touches like BBQ charcoals provided and some treats and milk in the fridge) and drop off was simple as well. I can't recommend Nick highly enough. We also loved Dolly so much that we have ordered our very own. Posted a picture of her below..as you can see she is a doddle to fit in the carparking space!

Incredible trip in one of Nick’s California’s. We travelled across France, Switzerland and Italy, the van was flawless and performed beyond our expectations.
