As a female that joined 2 years ago I instantly loved this club and ended up training everyday I then went on to achieve European champion and world medals under Tom Bracher and I have now found a new career path with the team.

My two girls 13 & 10 started 6 weeks ago, with my eldest not wanting to go at all, but after just one session came out with a massive smile, both now have their Gi's with the help of Lucy who couldn't be more helpful.I can say this has helped the girls both in fitness & confidence with now practicing at home & with the help of Tom & the team this can only grow further.
