I’ve been training with Ernesto for a while now, and believe he is one of the experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well!Ernesto is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.Importantly:– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.I thoroughly enjoy working and would recommend Ernesto to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer

I'm so glad I came across Efitt! I started training with Ernesto last year and also attending the boxing/conditioning classes. The energy Efitt brings is next level! Everyone who trains there becomes one whole family and I just love that. And to top all I completed a 21K Spartan race with them and I would of never signed up or would of never thought I could do something like that but accomplished it with great team spirit at Efiit!

Kids Jiu-Jitsu class is really good. Sensei Eric is great.Definitely recommend it for all.

Ernesto is a brilliant trainer!Ernesto has been my trainer for 1.5 years now and I can honestly say that he is one of the best.He always plans his sessions and makes sure that every time we have a session, he works on different parts of the body. What’s even even better is that he works out with you which definitely helps motivate me to do better. He’s friendly and professional, at the same time and is always willing to change the times of the sessions to suit his clients.

Efittest gym is a fantastic space to do your fitness workouts. Ernesto at the gym is a top class trainer, coach, instructor and a super person. His fitness classes are the very best I have done. The classes are varied, challenging, hard and we have fun doing the sessions. It is a great space to do boxing and martial arts training, including good Muay Thai classes.

Ernesto is very professional, skilled and friendly. With Ernesto's help I gain confidence in training, learnt corect techniques and achieved my goals.Ernesto has been my trainer for few months now and he always pushes me to the limits and encouragesme to keep going. I totally recommend him as a personal trainer if you want to achieve your goals.

Having signed up to the E fittest gym in December and training with both Hamza (Muay Thai) and Ernesto (conditioning), I have really enjoyed my experience. The gym itself has a great buzz and everyone is super welcoming . The sessions are creative and push you physically each and every week. It’s a great place to train and I’m so glad I found this gym!
