DPD damaged a delivery and were holding the parcel until they could source a new box. This was going to take up to two weeks. I contacted 365 and they immediately sent another delivery and requested DPD send the damaged one back to them. Excellent customer service.

I placed an order recently and received an incomplete order. Spent the whole weekend attempting to contact them to no avail as their lines were down so eventually had to physically attend their offices. Indirectly the lady in the office has told us it’s impossible the package was incomplete and that it was delivered to a neighbour lol my neighbour has collected way more expensive items on my behalf and we help eachother out with childcare so I highly doubt she would wanna take a few bottles and seal a box back up lol but yeah long story short my experience hasn’t been the greatest so far still waiting for a call back.

This is the best online shop I have bought alcohol from so far, they have everything there at reasonable prices. Wide range of gin's, beer, wines and liquors. They give you option of a 5% discount which can be a bit of a discount when you get more than one item which is worth it, especially now when we are advised to stay at home and they deliver in literally 2 days.

Brilliant Service, swift dispatch via Royal Mail tracked. Product really well packaged, fairly priced, too. It was a lovely surprise to find the handwritten thank you card and little gift bag with chocolate.
