Very good experience with West One Wood Flooring. Mark was very helpful in respect of tailoring the soundproofing insulation options and meeting with the appointed surveyor to make sure we complied with stringent freeholder requirements. Our fitter Richard was very good and made sure he provided regular updates. Very responsive company. Pleased with the overall look of the floor in our flat.

I had just moved into a period property and decided the current trend for herringbone would be perfect for my ground floor rooms. I spent 5 months obtaining various quotes and found it more difficult than I thought it would be to find someone who could lay a quality engineered herringbone in the style and colour that I wanted. West One listened and came up with a good match and at a very competitive price. The job was completed in perfect timing straight after I had other decorating work carried out and a new fireplace put in. The floor has given the house the wow" factor - I love it! Tracy

West One Wood Flooring were extremely knowlegeable, experienced, considerate - brilliant all in all. My kitchen floor which is made of reclaimed wood has been sanded and re-sealed in a way that we all love. It transforms the room and was done with great care and taste. I can't recommend West One Wood Flooring too highly!

Really disgusted with their level of service, workmanship & care.They left us with a huge gap between the plinths & think it's ok to attempt to rectify over 4 times. All of which have been unsuccessful & they now do not respond to my e-mails. We are left with scratched & chipped boards which they try to blame us for. Its upsetting that we have spent thousand of pounds with them & are left so disappointed & with no recompense- I would avoid!

I am so happy with the high standard of work carried out by West One Wood. All the staff have been most courteous and helpful in explaining the different finishes and care required for a wooden floor. Once we had chosen the floor work was begun quickly and was efficiently carried out with exceptional care to the details and the finish. I highly recommend this company.
