I have used Davey Law multiple times for both buying and selling of a property. Each time I had Ann who was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Everything was provided such as prompt responses, frequent updates when necessary, effecient action to anything requiring attention, and was all around friendly and easy to work with.I don't have anything negative to say from both experiences and would use Davey Law again, and recommend to others.

II would recommend Davey Law to anyone who wants a professional job done these Guy can Do it. Mine was a hard job because my Mother was 91 years and born in Germany, so Davey Law had a lot of papers to dig through lots of info to gather in. My Solicitor Robert Lynn made it clear plus helped me wile I was going through Probat. 10 out of 10 keep your up your good work ☺

THINK TWICE BEFORE ENGAGING. I am very dissatisfied with the service received from the property department at Davey Law - i am disatisfied with the initial advice i was given (which i was required to get a 2nd opinion on), the way my case was drawn out when i belive it could have been settled much more quickly and above all i am unhappy with the fees that escalated from an initail quite of £550 to over £8000. Part of these fees were covered by the other party - but they refused to pay all the fees as they considered them unreasonably high. I am also hugely disatisfied with the in-house complaints procedure - and am strongly considering taking the matter to the Legal Ombudsman who i believe will take a very dim view of what went on.

Very slow, unhelpful and uninformative practice. Would not use or recommend this company to act on even the most minor of legal affairs.
