A pretty good store with good stock and helpful staff. But there is one employee in particular who stands out. A young man called Remy. Always very helpful. Always keen to keep the checkout queue moving. He really makes a difference. A real credit to the company.

Wickes is solid for DIY project supplies. When I asked for help in there they were quite willing to offer advice. It's a shame that the paint mixing service by Dulux is out of action at the moment as it's great for getting the colour you want. I have used it before and came out with a really nice colour. You probably don't have to think twice about purchasing what you find here as it's quite reasonably priced.

Recently has a bathroom fitted that I had waited 9 months for. Fitter was fantastic, shame about the after sales customer service team at Lowestoft. Several issues with the bathroom due to the sales teams errors. Numerous phone calls, texts, store visits later I am still waiting on a couple of things for my bathroom.I would recommend the fitter but not the Lowestoft sales team

On my last visit I needed some help to find something that I was looking for, i approached a member of staff for help and wish I didn’t. The guy basically didn’t bother to help, he didn’t care. His response was, you need to look. If felt like I was bothering him.I absolutely 100% will avoid in future, I’ll will spend my money where I feel welcomed and better customer service.

Quite expensive compared to other places, but sometimes they do good deals. Online ordering is usually smooth though nearly got the wrong item, thankfully I was able to correct them.Otherwise a pretty decent place.
