On tuesday night 7.pm They came out on a recovery thorough DafAid and didn't have a this relay to replace, temp fix was done. I offered to go to Parry's yard in the morning between 8.30 and 9 as I was passing and it would save the engineer the time, and this is only a max 5 min job as the engineer told DafAid, I was told the part would be there by the engineer, he also said he would let Parry's know I'll be there for this part to be replaced.The following morning I phoned Parry's at 8.10am to explain I'm on my way in for this relay as I broke down last night etc. there reply was they didn't know nothing about it and havent seen or heard from the engineer since yesterday morning then i was told it's was a bad line.I arrived at Parry's 8.35am they claimed they still didn't know nothing about it and the relay isn't in stock also I have to wait for the engineer that was called out last night to come to the yard today as he may have picked up the relay to replace it.I asked when is the engineer going to be back? I was told he should be here in 30 mins as hes not far and on his way to the yard.1.5hrs later the relay was replaced and the issue started on the yard he swapped the relay with a diffrent relay on the bord it's working againThe problem is not resolved as I have to carry the old relay in case the issue accur

Never again will I use this company or recommend it to others.I took my van in to them with simply instructions - it doesn't go into 5th or 6th gear and could they reset an abs pump.I was told 3 weeks later that the gear issue was down to a front abs cable not connecting and the abs pump was a simple software update, it would be back with me when the cable arrives next week.After originally being told roughly £600-700 and months of waiting they then inform me that both abs sensors on the rear are now wrong and produce me a bill for £2700+. This is after a phone call to them saying not to do anything further and I am going to put it up for sale for spares or repair, they continued with work that I have not authorized and rack their bill up.Trading standard to sort the mess out.

I asked Parrys Commercials to check out my Mercedes 312d camper for my upcoming run to Sardinia. It had been a little down on power and there was a fuel leak. The fault was a injector and if the fault had not been found the engine may have needed a full re-build. The leak had been fixed before and the reason why it was leaking was not found, so well done Parrys Commercials. Regards Len.

A big thanks to the staff at Parry's Commercial for helping me out today.My van started to run out of diesel at the top of the hill near Bodnant gardens, I managed to coast into Parry's yard.I thought they would have a bulk tank of diesel but they told me that they never have had one nor do they have any fuel on site but they asked one their lads to go to the Black Cat Garage and buy 20 litres for me and even put it in my tank!!!I can't thank them enough for their help, if it wasn't for them I would never had got to my jobs this afternoon.Many thanks again.Tony from North Wales Chimney Sweeps

Called first thing on Monday as our Motorhome has an oil leak that was not fixed under warranty 6 months ago. Best appointment offered was Thursday! I explained that we were away from home and that we would have to wait in a lay-by or car park somewhere for 4 days and surely there was an earlier appointment available in our circumstances? NADA NO WAY!!! Service guy said we could leave it with him for 4 days and get a hotel room as he would not allow us to park or overnight at their facility for insurance reasons!!!!I AM VOTING PARRY’S COMMERCIALS WORST IVECO DEALER IN THE UK!!!!!!!Incompetent staff to boot- they couldn’t even locate my vehicle on the Iveco system or even identify a previous Iveco dealer as Iveco!!!! You can’t make this stuff up!!!
