Waitress was cheerful our food took a little bit longer then it should have but we were offered a dessert for free which was a lovely gesture.

Popped in yesterday with a friend for a dinner. Warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced and super tasty. I'll definitely eat there again and highly recommend it.

Not a great experience at bills today. Had asked for everything to come out all at once but starters and then mains came out separately. After our starters which came out promptly to be fair, the mains took 30 mins to come with no apology from our server. Food is overpriced on the main menu but the set menu is an about acceptable price for the food you get. Overall, the place is quite fancy and stylish, just wish we would had had better service and chosen something else.

We very much loved our breakfast at Bill's. The manager took us in and got a good table outside. Service was super quick, and it didn't take long to get our food. Even asked for an extra side of fruit, which they gave me with no extra charge! I walked around and the inside was very cool, with lots of tables, a nice bar and extra space upstairs. The whole place is pretty unique looking. If you're looking for a good breakfast place, you can't go wrong with Bill's.

I had the pleasure of visiting Bills with my fiancee for brunch and it was nothing short of excellence! The attentive staff, exceptional service, and team synergy were all standout features, but what truly amazed me was their ability to work under pressure effortlessly during a particularly busy period.Even though the restaurant was bustling with activity, the staff at managed to maintain their composure and high spirits that the atmosphere was consistently relaxed. It was clear that they had a well-coordinated team that could handle even the busiest of brunches with grace and efficiency. This level of professionalism under pressure was truly commendable.Now, let's talk about the food – it was nothing short of spectacular albeit maybe too much going on at times. The high quality of the dishes served was a pleasant surprise. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. Everything was executed with precision, and it's evident that the kitchen staff takes great pride in their culinary creations leaving both of us extremely well fed and satisfied.The combination of outstanding service, remarkable teamwork, and delectable food makes this place a must-visit. Whether you're looking for a relaxed meal or a special occasion, this place has it all. I left with a heart full of appreciation for the staff's ability to shine under pressure and a stomach full of gratitude for the high-quality cuisine. We went in today around 6 and were seated right away rather tucked in behind the back, our server was sweet but rushed off his feet. we wanted to start our dinner off with just a couple drinks and some fries and talk before we got settled in to order, however I think we were treated below the barrel because we had not ordered more, however im glad we didn’t as a £4.50 serving of fries was half the size of my fist and rather bland, we ordered the cocktails and were rather disappointed that they tasted like pure tequila rather than hints of the supposed flavours as described on the menu, im glad we decided to go somewhere else after this experience. It was our first and last time there, such a shame because it looks nice. I know the server was rushed off his feet but we didn’t receive a check back or second serve and waited 30 mins for the bill. crazy.

This is a chain restaurant with a limited menu.2 of our party had the Fish Pie both reported it was exceedingly good.Starters were very good, mains good although limited. Desserts well presented.Very good Verity of drinks.Staff attentive. We visited on a Saturday evening and it was busy.

We had a great lunch at Bill's in Canterbury on a wet Sunday in late March 2023. The meal brightened up our mood as we had starters of prawns and crab cakes, followed up with seafood liguine and sea bass goan curry for mains. Good food and good service. Recommended.

Had the most lovely time hosting a hen do dinner here. Amber was an excellent host, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The food was really good too. I tried the ‘nduja meatballs which were packed with flavour.
