The Old Volt

I had a tattoo done yesterday for the first time at the old vault by Will and he was very patient with me as I was a little nervous and so was Scott who made me coffee and made me feel very welcome & at ease. Will was excellent with my tattoo & I cannot fault the workmanship 10/10I’m extremely pleased with the result.I have already thought about a few more tattoos I would like done and also some old ones that need freshening up so I will be 100% returning to the old vault in the start of the New Year. Got my first tattoo here from Tony the other day and had a really positive experience! I really liked the tattoo and he was great about explaining the process to me, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend both The Old Volt and Tony to anyone looking for their next tattoo!

A cracking studio full of very talented eggs. Always welcoming and fun to be there. The variety of resident artists (as well as occasional guest artists) offer a huge range of styles and price options. I had a great visit on their Ozzy flash day and came away with a neat little bat tat ♡

I was recommended by my boyfriend and have had 3 tattoos done by Tony, they’re some of my favourites now the quality is amazing! The atmosphere in the studio is really nice and I am taking my mum for surprise matching tattoos!

Had an amazing time getting tattooed today by Tony and the peice looks fantastic! As an anxious person, I felt really relaxed and welcomed throughout. The shop itself is really cool (and I am a big fan of the Ozzy cutout).

Got a tattoo from here a while back, everyone was really friendly and Will did a great job on the tattoo. By far the cleanest lines of any that i’ve got so far, will definitely be coming back!

Before I got tattoos I wrongly presumed that the shops were intimidating places, how wrong I was. Old Volt has a great and warm team and a banging playlist to get your work done! Had all my tattoos from Tony at Old Volt and will continue too as long as I keep getting them!

Had a couple tattoos here now, got them done by Rick and Jay. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, the studio is clean and well situated, and the work speaks for itself. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo here you couldn't choose a better spot.
