Fantastic bikes, they fold up so small and yet provide such a comfortable cycling experience. The staff certainly know how to look after their customers too, we had a test track to trial the bikes and a great selection of accessories too in their well stocked shop.

Went for a pre-booked test ride. We received a warm welcome, and great hospitality and advice from Adam (I think that was his name - great guy!) As a result we will definitely be making a purchase. Highly recommended.

Very informative and helpful staff. No hard sell. Test drove the Mirider One and was very impressed. Not rushed and was happy to demonstrate all aspects of rhe bike.

Bike was originally broken (these things happen i suppose) but they managed to replace the bike with their decent levels of service pretty quickly.I cannot stress how much having good customer service is important with having an electric bike (I had a Van Moof and it has been a nightmare getting them to fix anything as they only had email and chatbots who are useless).

I've had my bike a couple of months now and used it for a quite a few rides out in different areas. The customer service on buying was excellent! The fact that you get a great guarantee and you are dealing with a British company, was a big factor in my decision to purchase. I'm not anticipating any problems, but it's reassuring to know that the bike is backed up by a company who really care and who really believe in their product. The bike is certainly put together very well, looking and feeling the part. Nothing is 'perfect' but it's very close, and the smiles per mile is off the scale! I've had lots of interest in my bike and lots of 'test rides' by friends! Riding the bike is an absolute blast and has reignited my love of cycling! I'm struggling a little with my joints and I had been avoiding hill climbs, but no more! It can fly up hills! It handles superbly and feels comfortable and assured on the road. IT IS FUN! FUN! FUN! The bike is a doddle to fold down and put back up, and takes up very little room - another reason I purchased, as I live in an upstairs flat with no outside storage space. I'm looking forward to the months ahead riding my MiRiDER and I will also be keeping an eye out for any further accessories and any future models. If you are looking for a fun, well balanced, easy to ride foldable - do yourself a favour and just go for it! MiRiDER is a fantastic product!
