Amazing customer service. I'd go as far to say its the friendliest car service I've ever had. Anna and Chloe couldn't do enough to keep me updated on both costs and timescales. I was worried that my MX-5 wasn't passing its MOT and the costs associated, but Anna was more than happy to keep me abreast of everything that was happening. The video of the Vehicle Health Check, created specifically for your vehicle, was really reassuring and interesting. I will only be going to RRG Mazda going forward for any repairs, servicing and MOT's. Highly recommended.

Shockingly bad customer service from the service department." I rang up to get a quote on some work but was told the person I had to talk to was on another line and would ring me back in the next hour. He didn't. I rang again--spoke to the guy this time: he told me he'd get back to me with the quote for the work before the end of the day. He didn't. I rang them again the next day (why I thought it was actually worth chasing them is beyond me): received a half-hearted apology for no one getting back to me the previous day and was told that they had the information on the part I needed but had to assess the work involved; someone would ring me back in the next hour. No one did. Once again

When you want spend your money and do not get after sale service go there. Other wise I do not reccommend. They always have no time for you. Much better is RRG Stockport.

Getting my MX5 serviced couldn't have been more convenient. They picked it up from my office in the morning and dropped it off again mid afternoon. The driver brought a card machine with him so I could pay and do the paperwork when my car was returned. Brilliant service.
