From the day I first stepped into the bridal shop, I knew I had found the one. Jools had done an absolutely amazing job with the dress, altering it to include the elements I wanted. It is a stunning dress, really complemented the day! Really reasonable prices, with discount from using my blue light card which really helps when planning your special day. Thank you so much!

I always knew I wanted to try on wedding dresses here when I got engaged, and all it took was three dresses before I found my dream dress! Jools has made every moment of this experience just wonderful for me.I always feel and ease and happy when I’m in the shop.The shop is amazing! The dresses exquisite, and the owner incredible!I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for their dream dress.

When I saw my dress today I was amazed Jools is one of the nicest and talented people you will ever meet!! From my firstappointment she made me feel comfortable she listened to what I wanted and then designed my dress I have picked it up today and it’s just stunning it’s just actually what I wanted I would recommend any bride to be to make an appointment with Jools

Always a 5 star service at Valentia - the most beautiful selection of gowns and Jools always goes the extra mile. My daughters prom dress is beautiful and she can't wait to wear it. Highly recommended!

I have gone passed Valentia so many times and admired the stunning dresses that would be displayed in the shop window. So as soon as I got engaged, I knew that was the place to go! Jools is so wonderful and talented. She makes you feel so comfortable and special throughout the whole process! She knew exactly what would make be feel beautiful as a bride and I ended up choosing her option over mine! I highly recommend her! ❤️

Jools ....what an absolute legend. Going to an evening event and had to dress like a celebrity going to an awards ceremony... Jools helped me so much and even recommended hair and make-up person. I was honestly so worried about trying on dresses as I’m very insecure about my body.. but I had the best experience! It was such a confidence boost and she is absolutely lovely! Made me feel at ease the second I walked through the door! Whenever I’ve felt worried or had any questions the responses have been super quick and helpful. I would 100% recommend anybody to come here and in fact have already recommended many friends! My sister also got her wedding dress here and was the person who recommended me! 10/10!
