JOE & THE JUICE

I have been to many Joe and Juice branches in central London but this one is by far the best. The quality of the drinks are impeccable and customer service is superb from all the staff members. Big shout to Brooski the GM.

I'm from NYC and live in London and been going to Joe& The Juice for over 8 years. This might be the worst Joe & The Juice experience. The staff was so rude. I asked about a shake I had a few months ago and she looked me up and down and said - I don't know what you're talking about. Then when I sat down, the woman in the back room was talking so loud, like practically screaming and then when she got to the front till area, she was still loud, it went on till I left and I can still hear her from across the street going into The Allbright..couldn't eat any faster as I just wanted to leave. Joe & Juice is where people have a bite, go on their laptop take calls and the staff is so unaware. I was curious to ask if there's actually a manager here because I couldn't imagine this was playing out. The girls next to me glanced over and left quickly as well. For such a great brand this is not the front of house you want in your establishment. Will not be having lunch here anytime soon.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I’m a big fan of Joe & the Juice but this branch’s service was traumatizing. I was discriminated against and harassed. I was shouted at for absolutely no reason in front of other customers while I was simply enjoying my drink. When I tried to discuss what happened, the rest of the staff which weren’t there at the time, wouldn’t listen and just attacked us as well. Only one staff member did not participate in the public lynching, she had red hair. The fake blonde server initiated and escalated everything.

And I thought my day couldn‘t get any better.. but it did! Come her if your not just looking for a perfectly prepared sandwich. Sabrina excuding her kind and calming aura and Marwa dropin in with her powerful energy. Felt like I was being served by superheros

First time tried this branch and it is amazing, small but air condition. The sandwiches are amazing specially the tuna. The avocado cocktail is amazing. Became an addict. Thank you for all the nice people that works there..

I don't tend to write reviews but I just wanted to shout out an amazing employee by the name of Max White at this Joe in the Juice branch. Friendly and positive lad. Made the whole experience worth while. Genuinely need more people willing to be as outgoing and helpful as him. Before I was even served he was dealing with another customer, a lady if I recall, and the way he was amending an issue made with her order and helping her out was amazing. She was very understanding but they way he handled the situation was the reason for her understanding manner.

LOVELY STAFFI recently had the pleasure of being served by Marwa at Joe & The Juice, and the experience was delightful. Marwa's exceptional service stood out, making my visit truly enjoyable.Her kindness and warmth were evident not only towards me but also towards every customer. Marwa has a remarkable ability to greet everyone with positive energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that resonates throughout the cafe. She engages effortlessly in interesting conversations, adding a personal touch to the overall experience.What impressed me the most was her genuine and consistent interaction with the clientele. It's clear that she goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels valued and appreciated.I'll definitely be returning for more of those good vibes and, of course, the great juices and matcha!Five stars for the outstanding service and atmosphere! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the place energy, all the girls are so amazing. Went there for a green juice and service was fast and efficient. Maua is the sweetest girl, want to thank her and the rest of the girls for being so caring and kind, trying to help me find a ring I lost. They even gave me a small carrot cake for my birthday, adorable. See you soon ❤️

Not the best communication from the staff but it had just opened so maybe they were a bit groggy, other than that the juice was great but needed more pepper and to be cheaper. The coffee was given without a lid even tho it was for take away so it got a bit messy. Otherwise it’s the same old generic atmosphere and layout as every other joe and the juice, so if you’re desperate then pop in here otherwise try one of the plethora of similar places near by
