Bassetts Nissan Swansea And Motability

I went there today to see about a Motability car, Nathan Williams was an excellent salesman, not pushy and very knowledgable. He was very respectful and polite and was a credit to the company. I also met Ewan Lewis and again he was excellent as well. I had a test drive and Nathan knew everything there was to know about the car. His knowledge of Motability was very good and he was never pushy.All in all, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again. Highly recommended!

Booked my car in to look at a possible fault with my alarm. The booking process was easy, and the new key lockers to drop off and pick up are a great idea.Was informed of any work that needed doing and the price. They even carried out a visual inspection on the rest of the car for me and sent me a video.The bonus was seeing that they had also washed my car (it was filthy!)

If I could give no stars I would, my son bought a used car online as we live in London, Bassetts delivered the car, but on arrival the headlight was filled with water and the xenon light unit was dead, we rang Bassetts who assured us it would be dealt with under the warranty, we were told to take the car into our local Nissan dealer, so we did exactly that, the communication was very poor and non existent between the two Nissan dealers!!! In short it wasn’t covered under warranty which I don’t understand, and Bassetts refused to pay for the new headlamp as they said it was too expensive.The sales manager basically doesn’t want to know and thinks £350 in goodwill towards a new headlamp is good enough, still leaving me with a bill for £675.00 when it should be under warranty.Car was delivered not fit for purpose or use.PLEASE DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS THE AFTERSALES IS VERY VERY POOR.Bassetts Nissan have let me down badly…..

I dealt with Jordan Stephens, from my first contact I have to say he was extremely helpful, wasn’t ‘pushy’ and responded to any questions very quickly. He actually got me the cheapest deal on a new Nissan Ariya (believe me I tried every Nissan dealer UK wide). Unfortunately, I never ended up buying from Jordan in the end due to the fact that I stay in Edinburgh. A local Nissan dealer called me on the 11th hour and although it was slightly more expensive it would save me an 18 hour round trip and probably a hotel stay too.Jordan was a pleasure to deal with, don’t hesitate to contact him!

I have recently visited Bassetts Nissan in Swansea and I am honestly very happy with the customer service there. When speaking with Kieron all of my questions were answered and he offered a lot of advice in regard to what sort of car was best for me. Would 100% recommend.

UPDATE: I've hit a few small bumps over the last 2 years with Bassetts Nissan, but they have shown good will and remedied the situations to my satisfaction each time - though it was inconvenient having to return the car to the dealership a few times and wait.They could do with improving their communication channels, as I have had to chase things up myself quite a bit.

I tell you what. Absolutely fantastic customer experience from Keiran at Bassett's Nissan Swansea. Lovely bloke that gave me a brilliant customer journey.Will be back to buy another car very soon.

Bought a car here a month ago and can highly recommend. Jordan in sales and Sian in the service dept are so helpful and always have a smile! Would only buy a car from Nissan Swansea now. Thank you both, you’re a credit to Nissan.

I can’t express how please I was with the service when visiting bassets Nissan Swansea! Kieron was especially helpful with my questions during my visit, I was even introduced to the managers that were especially helpful with my questions on different finance options. Would 10/10 recommend!!!
