I am always go to visage for my hair colour and face laser , I am very happy for service, all staff is very professional, and price is very reasonable

Very poor service, I paid for full body wax and they ruined my skin. I had rashes everywhere on my body. Very bad Customer care and customer service. The owner was really rude when I confronted her. Never go there that's my advice.

I am regular customer in visage I’ve been attending for the past 2 years. I’ve been getting laser and regular waxing. I cannot recommend the salon enough staff is friendly and always accommodating to my busy schedule. I was very worried to get laser but after visiting here I have now become regular without missing any sessions. I am now on my third course of laser and have seen that some areas of my face have no hair

I’ve been coming here for years!! Great service and they fit me in whenever I need on short notice. Lovely personalised service, they always remember me and ask how I am. I’ve moved away from the area recently and still travel an hour back to see everyone at Visage for all of my beauty needs! Thank you guys!

They are definitely not professional! They took too much skin off my feet during pedicure and 6 months on it still hurts.MALA should retire!!

The service at this salon is excellent and very friendly. The ladies here always look after me. They take care and understand your needs.

I got my keratin treatment done in this salon and it completely ruined my hair because wrong chemicals were used in the process. The lady was the owner herself, she was very unprofessional, kept rushing during my treatment, did not give me enough attention and kept saying my hair came out rough because I had coloured them. She didn’t even give me any advice before my treatment. My hair became much more brittle, rough and I started having hair fall and I couldn’t even comb them properly. Afterwards, she did not apologise or anything and just said it was a proper hair treatment. However, wrong chemicals were used on my hair. She did not refund me or accepted her mistake. Please do not get your hair treatments done at this salon. The owner is only after the money and doesn’t care if someone’s hair or body gets ruined.

Have had one of my best salon experiences here! would highly recommend. Ive been having beauty treatments for the past 20 years and this is one of my favourite places to book in for. Have been treated by a few of the staff here on different occasions and have felt so welcome and given great aftercare advise for the best long lasting results. I'm not even from the area but travel here just for the atmosphere friendly nature and comfort felt! Thank you for always trying to fit me in!

Very professional, clean and relaxed atmosphere, I come here regularly for waxing, eyebrows threading and facials. 10/10 service highly recommend. Never had any complaints, very friendly staff, they give you expert advise on any up to date beauty treatments.
