Worst experience ever. The two gentleman at the counter had no respect for customers or staff and chose to speak Ill of customers when they were not present. Spoke down to me as if they knew their information but presented as staff who were very ignorant. Horrible experience. Will never go again. The female collègue was very helpful. I have respect for her as she has to work with those two.

One star is too much. Worst customer service. I bought a phone protector which was faulty and tried to return it. They refused a refund and offered me a replacement but asked me to pay amother £20 for the replacement! Pathetically unhelpful, rude staff. The manager Daniel and his colleague Tom had no manners and should not be fromt of house customer service.

Should really be 1 star as customer service in the shop is awful. They will happily sell you a phone and contract but you get a problem not interested, 02customer services on the phone very good told me take into the shop to be checked and sent off, phone 2 months old was told had to pay to be looked at, guy wasn’t interested in helping us at all, glad rest of our family phones with EEHave 2 stars as network is fine and their customer services via the phone did tried

Terrible customer services young blonde boy was working with air pods in I’ve never seen it did not ask me if I needed help or anything just pointed to Samsung galaxy fold.Maybe they just don’t like black people or they assumed I was there to rob them also I was very emotional and not one person asked to see if I was okay regardless of the situation

Appalling customer service by the manager who optimises the “computer says no” mentality. He’s rude, abrasive and appears to believe he is running a fiefdom.

All the staff were very rude and unhelpful especially the staff were swearing to each other in front of my young children. I left the shop with my phone still not working and being told that a complaint would be raised in 1-2 weeks. Also the staff should be fired especially Kush and when telling him the problem he was looking at his watch as the shop was closing soon and his reply was “I’m just a salesman what do you want me to do?” It’s his job to help out

TLDR: They can’t help/ won’t helpIf you’ve got an issue, you’re better off calling customer service rather than dealing with the staffs in person. They can’t do anything to solve your issues, I quote from what looks like the store manager, “otherwise we’ll have a long queue all the way out the store”. Stinky attitude from manager, made me want to leave o2 even though I wasn’t planning on it before the visit.

Today I met the most extraordinary customer service staff in O2.These guys were polite, had product knowledge and knew how to calm an irate customer.The mast supplying service in St Albans seems to have gone down and we were experiencing some problems connecting.We popped into this O2 shop and left very happy indeed.Amazing service from Elamin and Dejan.I'm so proud of you both!Keep on being yourselves!
