Michael did the rewiring of my flat. He explained well what he was going to do prior to the job and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish Michael has been professional, helpful and courteous.He and his team rewired our 2 bed ground floor flat and after his initial consultation and very good quote for the work (which was extensive) he worked with us to accommodate dates in our rather erratic schedule! We must have drive him nuts but he was always so calm and polite. It was reassuring to have a reliable, helpful and trustworthy tradesperson to work with as we are new to the area and found Michael on Facebook (backed up with other great reviews).Michael had to complete the work over two visits due to having to wait for other trades to finish jobs and the end result is exactly what we expected. First class work from ML Electrical who carried out a full rewire of our property.Highly recommend Michael and his team who were brilliant throughout the job, from quotation through to completion of works. They were responsive, always on time, thorough, professional, tidy and clearly explained any questions we had. They went the extra mile to strip out old wires and systems that were redundant. They arranged to have the walls re-plastered as part of the works and having this taken care of was great.Michael’s quote was good value. We received high quality work for a reasonable price. Michael used an online quotation service where you could amend your quote after discussion. There were several things we added following an initial quote. This was particularly useful to us as we had the work arranged with Michael before getting keys to the property. Once we got the keys, Michael did a walk around with us and marked out everything so the work went as expected.Michael sorted outside lights, a security doorbell, outside socket, bathroom shaver socket, new sockets and switches everywhere, removed and filled in old sockets / switches, new electric cables and consumer unit, fitted new spotlights in the ceiling and under kitchen units, fitted an extractor fan… the list of work required was extensive. Certificates provided following completion of the works.You’re in great hands if you choose ML electrical.

Excellent service by Michael and the Team. We recent purchase a property built circa. 1960 with all of the original wiring and fuse box still in place. We contact ML Electrical to arrange for a full rewire, which they were able to achieve in a week.Michael was very responsive to our requests to allow us the functionality that we needed from each of the rooms in our house. This included additional CAT 6 cabling throughout the house to provide quick internet in all of the rooms.Would highly recommend for all Rewiring needs!
