There’s a reason I travelled all the way from Norfolk to Brixham to buy the ski and then make the trip every year to have it serviced at Gliddon Marine - Simon and his team are brilliant. If you want to buy one or get a service / repair on a Yamaha jetski, go to Gliddon, simples!!

Gliddon Yamaha are a relatively new Motorbike dealer who have previously focused on Jet Skis and Cars but recently branched in to also selling bikes. I bought a second hand Honda Bike from here 6 months ago (April) which included a 3 month warranty which I haven't had to use. Great service here with all documents and vehicle tax sorted before handover. They were also happy to agree to changing the number plate holder over and managed to source and fit the part within a few days and kept me updated throughout the process.Only nitpick is that the bike was at empty on fuel and would have been nice to have some to get home considering a full tank is about £15.

I recently purchased my first ever Jet Ski from Gliddon. I don't tend to leave long reviews, however, when you receive good old fashioned customer service it requires praise.I was advised delivery would be at or about 1030hrs - in today's world I appreciate delivery times are rarely upheld by most companies. So, when Dan arrived punctually I was rather impressed.The handover was absolutely brilliant. Dan's passion for his job clearly shone through, and despite my numerous questions he spent the time with us to explain everything in detail. This for me as a new owner was so reassuring - and his customer care was such that I will be returning for my servicing, repairs, and next purchase.On top of this, it was also appreciated that time had been taken to clean and polish the ski before delivery - this really was noticed, and these little details go a long way.Thank you Dan for making our first purchase so positive, your knowledge and desire to go that extra mile was really appreciated and we are now loyal customers from your efforts.

Great customer service and knows a lot about the jet skis that they sell. Never try and push a sale onto you happy to let you have a walk around any questions just ask one of the staff they have all the answers

I recently bought a beautiful Yamaha XSR 125 from Gliddon Yamaha. The service I received from everyone I dealt with there was professional and impeccable. A special mention for Simon (the boss) and Dan who went above and beyond what was necessary to make my purchase as perfect as possible. Thank you, I hope to come back for my next big girl bike.

While touring around South Devon my motorcycle started to handle badly. So I took it into them to be checked. These guys were fantastic, they checked over the bike and gave me a print out of what they found. Their mechanic/technician gave me some good advice.All in all very professional, I cannot recommend them enough.Many thanks guys. Ivor
