Went for breakfast. It’s lovely inside with on-street parking close by. The coffee is nice.Ordered the full English and the smoked haddock. They use really high quality produce and the portions are big but it still feels quite pricey. The eggs are amazing - deep and rich in colour. Fried or poached, they are perfectly cooked. The haddock had a tough texture. It was served with the skin on and it felt like they hadn’t removed the scales plus it was quite bony. The flavours were great, but with only one slice of toast and runny eggs and cream sauce, it ended up being quite rich and turned mushy.

Absolutely delicious dinner comprising: Charcuterie board with Pork-belly and Ox cheek small plates, sweet potato ‘shoestrings’ and tender-stem broccoli sides, followed by chocolate hazelnut torte and apple-blackberry crumble. Lovely breezy, light, pleasant dining area upstairs, competent friendly staff. Two very happy diners, already planning next visit. What a lovely place and great value too.

Came for brunch and ordered the haddock and poached egg. The fish and eggs were stunning, and the hollandaise sauce tied the dish together perfectly. Staff extremely friendly and attentive; can't wait to return.

Food is always amazing however, blonde staff member wasn't very helpful and unattentive, said she was supervisor but had to send different staff to sort a simple situation out. Guy with dark hair came to the rescue and sorted the situation out and was so polite and helpful. Been several times and always had bad experience with that member of staff. Food 5 star, staff 4 star, location 5 star. Staff who was young with blonde hair over charged at one sitting then sent management over Ryan I think who sorted things out straight away and was very nice. Overall good experience without the supervisors input.

2 breakfasts 2 coffees £38 , minus the mushrooms but put me some black pudding on . After looking at the other photos i think I've been robbed , I couldn't eat the bacon or finish 1 super salty sausage they were cremated solid, im not coming back this place supposed to be great actually it looks great all other people's stuff looked great but check that out. Insulted just to be served it as it passed through 2 staff , they mustn't even look at it or just remain ignorant.

Wow! Looking for a new haunt for our ‘power breakfasts’ and we’ve found it!!What a beautiful place and fantastic food washed down with a lovely cup of coffee. We’ll be back again before the week’s out for sure. We got a couple of full English breakfasts (one with poached eggs and one with fried) and an eggs royale and if you’re sceptical about poached eggs being done correctly, these were absolutely perfect!
