Jack in kitchens was amazing, taking the time to go through our design plan step by step and make changes without fuss where necessary.However, we were sold a worktop which was not compatible with our design, and the glue for it wasn't supplied with an applicator gun, which cost an extra £70 and wasn't available anywhere except on line. Calling customer service was of no help at all, and while they tried, the in store staff had no idea about the products they sell, and could not help either. Positive start, but ultimately led to disappointment.

Didn't want to honor a price.mistake was to last to check just kept saying it was a misplaced product. Avoid this scammy b&q they don't care about customers just there money. Greedy companies

Tradepoint has gone to the wall..My company used to spend at least £500 per month on materials in store & 5% discount on outrageous prices is a liberty...we only went in there because the parking is so good...I feel sorry for the Staff,who are actually great but they obviously dont set the prices..

Was able to get a reasonable idea of stock levels and which aisles items were in online before going. So when we got there it was quick and easy to find what we wanted and, using the self-service checkouts, be on our way back to get on with the outdoor sheltered area we were working on. In our case everything we needed was in stock at this (local to us) branch.It is a very large store, so you can enjoy a good look around to get ideas if you're in no hurry. Otherwise it's advisable to have a good idea of what you want. The staff will happily point you to whatever you're looking for, if you haven't already checked online!

I've always hated this store as its so big and very difficult to find what you need. Mostly I cannot find what I need and when I do its overpriced! Called in to buy a led tube so one would assume they are bybthe electrical.... I was saddened to find that was not the case and had to walk the entire length of the store to go the the LIGHTING section for this.. the old store that was in easy reach and more navigable than this over large over priced out of town store .

I’ve been today to get some smart light bulbs, and a customer assistant (Angela) was so helpful…she helped me find the right product,with the right connection,which was hidden behind others,helped me to understand the difference between one and another..really really nice,polite and helpful. Thanks to this kind of behaviour, I will definitely come back to this B&Q. Thanks again to all the B&Q staff.

Great product choices.Mice walking around the mess of bird food that's all over the floor. It is good that the food packets are sealed nicely in boxes. But the mice encouraging mess on and under the shelves still needs cleaning up. It absolutely stinks in that area. Rental kill may be overdue a visit too, as the bait boxes look very un useful.
