Completely agree with previous posts, Hillsborough Dairy has gone downhill since being taken over by Freshways. Ignore the five stars from Nikhil Dhunna - he's Finance Manager for Freshways!

great at first. dont mind paying more money for fresh milk with no plastic waste. we got missed quite a few times so we cancelled. pretty poor service,

Not the best, missed delivery and changes not always acknowledged so don't happen. When cancelled no response, wanting customer feedback etc. With people going plastic free they could do well but customer service isn't good at all.

Wanted to have a milkman but this service was pretty poor, milk not fresh, often went sour after a few days and had complaints from neighbours that milkman drove eratically, hope they have improved but they never even responded to my complaint letter, only good thing I can say is that always punctual and early so milk arrived before I left for work

Cancelled order after my father died, settled the bill for which I have evidence for and yet my mother is still getting bills for milk long after the service ended. Leaving her feeling intimidated and worried when she owes them nothing at all.

I don’t think Freshways even deserve 1 star. I valued the delivery by Hillsborough Dairy for many years. I have not been happy with this new service by Freshways at all. They are polite on the phone but just don’t deliver and don’t apologise. I’m still waiting for yesterday’s promised milk. It won’t come. I know, so I have cancelled.

I never knew if my milk was going to be delivered or not. After a year of hit and miss deliveries we cancelled our order and went with another company.The milk itself is fine and benefit of being bottled and the bottles re-used, so helps reduce plastic waste.Shame the service is so erratic though. Numerous times I phoned and complained because my delivery hadn't arrived and the various people answering the phone didn't seem to give a jot.

Since Hillsborough dairy been taken over by new management there service has gone way down I am a residential customer or was we had a fantastic milkman always delivered our milk early hours of morning until December 2020 ever since then it got later and later our milk started to arrive at 12pm 1pm 2pm that's no good to us or anyone so we have found a new supplier and we are now happy about thats of Newman Road if you feel the same move on because these don't deserve our custom now appalling service

Our supplier outsources to Hillsborough Dairies, we send in our order a week in advanced, and they are still not ordering in enough stock, even though they know a week before hand, what they need to have in. Items being missed off, wrong numbers of items sent, etc. not in stock" is not acceptable when you are delivering to a business.Their delivery driver mostly just dumps the order on the door step in all weathers
