Sean really helped me with my relationship issues with my partner and also other problems I had from my past. I learnt coping mechanisms to cope with past trauma and my relationship with my partner. I have difficulty opening up but he helped me with these barriers and after a few sessions I was able to talk freely to him which I have not been able to do with anyone before. I highly recommend Sean.

I highly recommend Sean’s therapy if you’re going through a hard time and or need to process events/emotions. We’re grateful to Sean for helping us through difficult times in our lives and enabling us to understand the importance of reconnecting and communication. It’s not often you find someone who isn’t robotic like and reading from a book.

Sean is very calm and understanding. His counselling room is comfortable and quiet, with good parking. I felt able to tell him what was going on for me and it really helped me clarify what I needed to change in my life. I had 6 sessions and it was money very well spent.
