Went there to have a perfect harness fitted. Lovely lady. Knowledgeable and advised us about the harness and natural raw food. Something's to take home and lots to consider.Little shop off the beaten path. Off parkgate road. Blink and you'd miss the entrance. There is a pooch parlour in the vicinity if any interested to find out. We would go back for odds and sorts.

I found Imperial Pets after having troubles getting my new pup to eat the raw food I had for him. I visited the shop because they stocked the same food and I wanted to see if I'd had a bad batch.Claire was extremely helpful and it was great to hear her immense knowledge of natural products and solutions.My pup has loved everything she recommended and I'll definitely be coming back. You'd be hard pressed to find this level of service anywhere else. Hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Great independent pet shop run by a former vet nurse who gives great advice. She sells a wide range of food and pet accessories. Everything is good quality and we have always been very pleased with the products.

Absolute gem of a shop. Really good range of food both for canines and felines (finding variety for cats can be quite tricky, especially when it comes to quality complete raw food), cosy feel to the place and always a friendly supportive chat from the owner, who clearly cares about animals and has a great deal of knowledge.You can come and browse or click and collect (local delivery available too) and it’s really well located.If you’re thinking of visiting - absolutely go for it, you’ll be happy you’ve found it

Was staying at the Oakwood farm touring park and stumbled on this gem of a shop. Quality products and friendly service. Bought cat toys which my cats love. Will definitely be buying from this shop when next visiting the area and using there online shop in the future. Highly recommend.

Called into Imperial pets looking for treats for my incredibly fussy miniature schnauzer. Spoke to Claire who could not have been more helpful. After chatting about all of Alfie’s requirements, we left with treats, natural flea treatment, some new foods to try him with and tonnes of advice. I’m so glad to have found Imperial pets. Highly recommended
