A little expensive but my kids loved it, lots of slides and a nice hot chocolate

Regarding an incident that took place 11/11/23 The team leader dealt with the situation appalling, to which she then went on to play the victim, and also accused me to her manager Darren. Who is also rude, unprofessional and no better than the staff he employs, that I was abusive and jumping over the counter. This is another way of racially profiling and singling out afro Caribbean as the aggressor, at no point did this take place, please watch your CCTV and train your staff to find the appropriate words when dealing with the general public. We live in the 21st century and people from ethnic minority groups are tired of accusations, being told we are raising our voice and being made to look like the aggressor in every situation. Due to this incident and the way it was dealt with, I will no longer attend mouse trap with my child and I will also pass this on to my family members and people within my community.This place does not even deserve one star, but the review cannot be post without

I will not be attending mouse trap with my children again.The manager and some of the staff are unprofessional and rude.I spoke with a manager known by the name Darren, regarding an incident that took place on the 11/11/23 is conduct was rude and unprofessional. He did not regard what we had to say as paying customers,using harsh,over exaggerated language to decribed an incident he was not present at.I felt he disregarded what we had to say due to our ethinc group,and therefore will not be giving my money to persons who conduct them selves in this manner.

My 7yo niece loves it, there's plenty to fo for kids, babies and toddlers, it's quite expensive and in school holidays and weekends/bank holidays it's really expensive, for 1 adult and 1 child it was 8 pound. It does do hot and cold food and drinks, and it does snacks. There are toilets and baby changing and there are machines for a pound that has like them balls with toys in and whack a mole for a pound, this place takes cash only.

It's a nice little soft play, really cosy, but it's cash only, and when I was there, they ran out of change so we couldn't buy snacks for the kids. Good otherwise, and right next to the Tesco extra which is nice

The kids loved it having multiple levels to climb and play, it was clean and tidy and we could order snacks and drinks (hot & cold) only downside was that it's cash only but luckily with it being next to a Tesco there are cash points nearby and can also use the carpark.

We went first time with our young family members, they are very excited, and very good for adults is well, we can play together. Perfect place for families .Different,cash only, but that keep going our pound , happy.

11/11/2023.. My child has been to mouse trap plenty of times and we had never had any problems but this time she was involved in and altercation with a few other children and it got physical where she was punch many times and had to defend herself. To my understanding this issue was not delt with in a professional way a conclusion was mad without knowing all the facts and the blame was put on One side. Managers and staffs need to be properly trained in dealing with situations that can arise especially when kids are involved .This is a place where children are supposed to come and enjoy themselves and feel safe. And on this occasion my child was made to feel like she was not welcomed.
