My autistic son went to see Kerry today and I can’t believe what a difference she has made. He doesn’t like people touching his hair but she worked with him and let him go explore the salon and built up his trust by giving him the time and space he needed.A absolute amazing person with a heart of gold. She is more than just a hairstylist shes a true inspiration to many other stylists starting out.

Groupon disasterI’m really sorry but I feel I have to complain about my hair appointment. I had booked in for a balayage appointment, which took over 4 hours. I appreciate you were trying to sort out your utilities on the phone but I was left with wet hair for over 30 minutes. My hair is not blonde or close to it, I think the bleach didn’t activate because it was so cold in the salon I’m not sure if this is related to the long conversation with the energy provider… I appreciate that my hair was on a discounted offer but this still cost me over £85 and my hair is totally different to the picture I showed or the effect I asked for.

My 4 year old son is really anxious about getting his haircut and has autism. Kerry was amazing so friendly and patient and gave him plenty of space to go at his pace and not rush him.My son loved being able to stroke and play with Dizzy the puppy, whilst getting his haircut, this really helped calm him down.Thoroughly recommend Kerry especially if your child has additional needs or is extremely anxious about getting their haircut.

My daughter (nearly 5 years old) had never had a haircut, as was very anxious. Kerry took the time to explain and praise at each step, was gentle in her approach and managed to get my daughter to come out of her shell.She then juggled my needs as a mother with a baby on my lap and did a beautiful job of cutting my long overdue hair too.Never once made me feel a burden. Thank you!

Took a slice out of my sons finger now has a keloid scar, no proper first aid, had to ask for running water to wash wound, toilet was filthy. Don’t take your child here if they struggle to keep still.
