As someone who competes in Weightlifting, sports massage is as much a part of my programme as getting in the gym. Very professional, skilled and know their stuff. With acupuncture on my back I felt pain free! This lasted 2 months until I broke my leg when the lumber back pain became excruciating. One further acupuncture today has removed the pain again. Thank you Ella

I booked an appointment with Rob due to lower back pain problems as a result of my job. Rob was very thorough with identifying the source of the pain and the discomfort has since been hugely reduced due to the deep tissue sports massage. Rob also gave me honest and expert advice and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again - I have also recommended Rob to others.

Being a extreme sports athlete, taking part in a very high impact sport on a daily basis, is it very important to keep your body in great shape too. After visiting Rob for a sports massage I felt amazing. I have great trust in Rob as I have a injured left shoulder which has affected my confidence in the past however Rob listened to my issues, gave me some good advice and worked positively to ensure is doesn't get in the way of my career. In the past year a lot has changed for me, I went from needing a cocktail of pain killers to get out of bed due to a back injury to competing at the British weightlifting championships two weeks ago. One constant throughout all this time has been the treatment and support I have received from Rob at Stretch, from the treatment of my injury, to my rehabilitation, to now keeping my body in good condition for my everyday training, he was even the one that encouraged me to start working with my coach. Regular treatment is a huge part of my routine and just as important as getting in the gym for me, any physical issue I face he helps me to overcome. I wouldn't be at the stage I'm at without Stretch and I wouldn't ever contemplate going anywhere else.

After six months of chronic back pain, seeing the physio., at my doctors surgery and 10 visits to a Chiropractor were going nowhere
