Excellent bunch of people, all highly trained staff with good knowledge of products and a professional approach to the trade. The shop itself is a quirky setup, very cosy but with all the necessary mod cons. Definitely worth a look in even if you're just a tourist. Some staff are more focused on fades and fancy stuff where as others take a more traditional approach but can really turn their hand to anything if you ask them nicely. Booking is definitely recommended to avoid disappointment as there is not much space in the waiting area.
