Adam had previously helped and won a continuing healthcare assessment for my wife’s dad.I contacted him again after several years as my mum has been suffering with dementia for over 5 years, nothing was too much and the excellent detailed advice really useful.

Just spent 2 hours just chilling in the sensory room. The staff are really nice and get to know your name, and there is no pressure to keep buying food drinks etc. Though I recommend you do

Went there for breakfast for the first time on Saturday with 3 friends, one being vegan. What an amazing place. Perfect breakfast with a selection of fry up buffet, also cereal, yoghurt and even crumpets. Staff very friendly and chatty. And for a super cause. Can't wait to go back again.

I was referred to this place to see Adam by a local MP I wish I had never even turned up to the appointment.When I got there I was placed in a side room and was sat with a woman called poppy who spent 45 minutes keeping me company and prying into the details of the case I was going be sharing with Adam. When he finally was done (an hour after my appointment time) I had 2 minutes to tell Adam what my issue was.. he stated “I don’t have time for this today” I was left disappointed and was told that Poppy would send me an appointment time and that it would be the following Tuesday… this was over 4 weeks ago. This week I got sick of waiting and went into their place of work to request all of my highly sensitive documentation that they have had for weeks without any contact. When I asked Adam what the complaints process is he made me aware THIS IS A FULLY UNREGULATED BODY, I then asked Adam what his last name was to identify him in this review as this is the only option I have left to make people aware of the appalling way this service is ran he handed me a card for the lawyer and nurse that only identifies Poppy Harrison so that will unfortunately have to be the only person identified by full name in this review although Adam was the person that showed me I was not worth the time of day, and he showed me that although I had an appointment time that I was early for, he was willing to overlook that because he had spent over 45 minutes on the phone to somebody else discussing their case rather than attending the appointment with myself and then told me he doesn’t have time for my case. Had he let the person on the telephone know he had an appointment in person and he didn’t have time to deal with the telephone query and had dealt with my issues in my given appointment slot this issue would have never occurred.I’m still in the process of finding a regulating body to put forward my complaint to and I will not stop until I have found this information. I hope this never happens to another vulnerable person again as this has caused significant harm to my mental and physical health— it has caused extreme suicidal thoughts and due to this issue unfortunately I’ve had to be issued with additional anxiety medications as I have been left to suffer after trying to help myself and the reason for the mental health deterioration is because I tried to attend an appointment after this interaction with such an awful pair of people that claim to “help” vulnerable people.
