I had never purchased anything from this store before, so initially i was a little nervous about buying from them, however they where the only place in the UK who had the new G&G SGR556 rifle in stock.I emailed them a few times asking questions and called them once and each time their response was quick and provided the info. required.Delivery was very quick, although the courier had obviously dropped the box, due to the damage on the interior box.I have used the above SGR556 at a range and on a game day, and i would highly recommend it, for its solid build quality, accuracy and good range. And the empty mag detection works with all of my magazines.This store I would also highly recommend.

Best airsoft shop in wales! Friendly staff who have tonnes of knowledge, that don’t want to rip you off, but get you the best for the money you have! Great with information about upgrades and any needs, would definitely recommend!

Really annoyed came all the way to the shop today and it was closed despite the Web site saying it was open witch has left me wasted money to get a bus and had to take a 30 minute walk to get there and 30 minutes to get back all this to fix their mistake because they sent me the wrong item I won't be buying from here again

Absolutely amazing service. Took my airsoft gun to them in a completely ruined state and they fixed it quickly and for a really good price. The guys are super friendly and really know what they’re talking about too.

Nice looking shop with wide selection but found the customer service lacking. Man behind counter was more interested in watching his football than talking too Me. I was told me that the Action Army AAP-01 would fit my tracer unit which it doesn't so was a straight up lie. So left disappointed. But nice looking shop

Been a long time since I have had a Saturday off and what better way to spend it than shopping with me lady!In need of a new load out we made our way to this little gem of a shop in Cardiff and wasn't disappointed!!!The selection of equipment and accessories is vast ranging from beginner to experienced, all you could ever want to start your journey or enhance your hobby.It was quite a bit busier than expected in there but having been our first time there we aren't surprised! Plus, it gave us more time to look around. The owners were lovely, a great laugh and very informative so I wouldn't hesitate to direct anyone to the shop if starting up in airsoft has been on their mind. I/we will definitely be back again and can't wait to check out their new skirmish venue when it opens.I could rabbit on but I think that about covers it!!! A+++++

I purchased a 1.400£ gun and it was broken the hop up wold brake bbs the fps was 230 way lower then what it was ment to be feeding issues and delayed trigger when i went back in for a refund they refused it wile calling me at fault now they changed there polacy to no refunds on their website with shuld tell you everything about what kind of people they are
