We had put in an offer for a house in September 2020 and have only just recently moved into our new home. It's been a long wait with issues from other areas of our purchase, however ME were always consistent and helpful with response to my questions and also in chasing any information we needed from the seller’s and their solicitors. When first shown around the property Courtney was lovely and accommodating and followed on from that with very professional and casual emails which made me feel more at ease about the process especially as we were first time buyers. Matt picked up communication with us after Christmas as everywhere went into lockdown and would go out of his way to make sure we had want we needed and would communicate regularly with us throughout the last of the process to keep us updated. When moving in we had some issues with habitability of the house, Matt was on it and chased this straight away with the seller’s and their solicitor which is now in process of being resolved. All in all ME have been the only real constant in our first time buying process and we have been grateful for this. May even consider selling through them too. Thank you! Oh and what a lovely surprise to get a moving in hamper with local goodies and leaflets, very useful!

Hayley was a constant in our first house purchase, and went over and above to ensure we got our forever home. I cannot speak highly enough about Steve Darling, who represented our buyers in a very complex chain. When we were struggling to get responses from our own estate agents and solicitors, Steve personally kept us informed and where necessary put pressure on other elements of the chain when our own representatives were showing o sense of urgency. Obviously Steve had no responsibility to us, yet was the only one who empathised with the stress unnecessary delays were causing to all parties and went above and beyond to ensure appropriate action was taken. If only we lived in Surrey!

Although we were not able to close a deal, Hugo was exceptional in handling our enquiry, well spoken and well rounded.

It was great working with David, Caitlin and Kathryn when renting our house out. He was very professional, whilst explaining things in simple terms to us.
