Dapper Dan Formal Suit Hire

We hired 7 suits for our wedding in September. We had moved our suit hire twice due to covid, our original date being May 2020, and there was no issues with moving it either time. They honored our original booking and the suits turned out great. They were also very accommodating when a couple of the groomsmen wanted to make some last minute changes to sizing. Overall couldn't fault it really.

Recently hired Groom, Best Man and 3 Ushers (1 adult, two children) suits.Great range of suits, excellent quality, perfect fit.Dapper Dan staff were brilliant throughout the whole process.Everyone commented how smart we all looked, would thoroughly recommend.

We hired three suits for our wedding from Dapper Dan's. The service was great. The suits were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Not a lot to say really. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Recently hired some suits was bitterly disappointed by the experience, given the cost. Certainly did not feel as though I received a personal service and never heard anything throughout the whole pandemic except when I called. Picked the suits up on the Thursday 5/7 had issues (all had issues if you count the cravat colour), trouser and shirt sizes. The quality was not the greatest pulls in suits, splits in the seams of the trousers (the seamstress managed to miss this) trousers were supposed to be taken up but weren’t and then when I collected the altered ones they were 1/2 inch shorter than other leg. Spent Friday before wedding sorting it all out. Granted I came away with alternative shirts but the sizing had only been done a few weeks before so wasn’t growth or weight gain. I couldn’t understand how it had gone so wrong. There were no alternative trousers for the split ones available so left the shop with a needle and some thread, to save waiting 1.5 hours.Contacted them on Monday following returning them - manager was busy and no contact to date. Would not recommend to friends and family based on our experience. Probably cheaper and easier to buy.

Was recommended Dapper Dans by a friend faultless from the start and got a great price. I left my cufflinks on my shirt and contacted Freddie who said they will come back from cleaners and a day later he phoned to say he had found them. Thank you to all can’t recommend you guys enough.

So I had hired 8 suits with dapper dans cannock, because all my groomsman live all over it was impossible to get everyone to try their suits on and bring them back to get them rectified. 6 out of the 8 suits had some sort of stain and 1 had a used tissue in the pocket. I decided to email dapper dans and explain all this and attach all the photos so they could see for themselves. Not only did they not reply to my email, they also had the nerve when my bestman brought the suits back the day after my wedding to say I was lying and never sent an email out and that there is no way any of the suits would be stained. Definitely would not recommend if this is the type if service you get.

Dapper Dans supplied suits for us for our wedding on 20/11/2022. They were incredibly helpful and our dads and brotheta looked so smart. Definatly recommend
