Our experience with portico has been abysmal, both as a tenant and as a prospective buyer.During our tenancy we had multiple instances of repairs taking more than 6 months to even be looked at, despite chasing our property manager weekly. An example is that on the first day we moved into the property, the fridge/freezer unit was broken, it took 4 months to be fixed.While trying to buy a flat with them, we have had to apply for 2 separate mortgage extensions, while they fail to correctly meet our requirements to purchase (assuming that the repair works magically happen without them doing anything). Additionally, they have made recommendations directly to us, despite knowing that our solicitors had (rightly) rejected those proposals.These issues have been expressed to portico for some time, and yet we are the only ones to ever chase them, and we receive no indication of when they will be even looked at.And yet, if the seller has something they want done, we are given an ultimatum to comply within a couple of days or they get rid of us. This feels extremely hostile and makes us seem of no import.We will never work with this company again, and would recommend you do the same.

We had such a smooth and positive experience with Sukhi and Dylan when looking for a property to rent. Sukhi did such a great job when showing us the flat and helped us secure our dream flat. Amazing group of people. Super quick and helpful. Dylan and Martyna were incredibly helpful at house viewings. Sukhi helped past outlined hours and Tim was consistently helpful, regularly provided updates and sent over deals that we might find useful. Overall great service and we managed to find a property that was perfect for us.
