Not sure what you’ve changed in the jollof rice recipe but it’s not nice anymore… also the lamb chops were better before. Before this happened it was amazing and I was ordering regularly.

I ordered jerk chicken and jollof rice on Uber Eats. The food was alright just too salty for me. The disappointing part is that the pictures are different from the actual food and you need to read the description. I really thought that the meal would come with plantains similar to other suppliers but it didn't. So disappointing! Change the pictures as clearly they're misleading

Worst customer service, ever. They were present for the Major League Djz function, at the Oval Space, selling food. They were rude and had absolutely no manners, at all. No customer service skills. I asked for a bin and tissue and got nothing, but attitude. I'd never support their business again!

Jollof rice is horrible. Ordered the other night. Food came after 2 hours. Wings were old and jollof rice tasted so plain you can tell its been cooked in bulk. Food was cold, will not be ordering from here again. So many places around where you can get tasty jollof rice

I have ordered Jerk Chicken, Rice and peas, Macaroni cheese and plantain via Deliveroo. I was silly enough not to listen to reviews on Google. Food arrived promptly. Chicken is off, I mean ranking disgusting, dangerous to eat. Smelled as soon as I have opened the box. Mc and Cheese is ok. Plaintain has been cremated and salted for some reason. Coleslaw is sparkling! Deliveroo won’t issue a refund sadly, hopefully my credit card issuer will. Never again for us.

DisrespectfulAt 15:22 on Friday 30th December 2022, an order (#4DAC7), was placed by my daughter: 1 x Monster Jerk chicken bagel with mac and cheese and plantain - £9.00 1 x Oxtail stew with rice and peas (NEW) - £13.50 Total: £22.50I have no complaints about the Monster Jerk chicken bagel. Unfortunately, I had to throw the rice and peas which accompanied the oxtail meal priced at £13.50 into the dustbin. First of all, this NEW addition to Food Junkee's takeaway menu was vastly overpriced. At the very least, the meal should have came with salad or a side of plantain and a free can of fizzy drink. It's very disrespectful of Food Junkee to promote, prepare and sell food of African and Caribbean origin without taking into account THIS food, is a reflection of our proud cultural identity. The rice was clearly off, as it had a high rancid odour. If I had eaten that rice it would have ruined my New Year's Eve celebrations. There were 4 small pieces of oxtail in watery gravy. Do you use jerk seasoning in everything, including the oxtail gravy? As we look towards a New Year 2023, I really hope businesses like yours stops making money from exploiting people's love of jerk seasoning and soul food.

Ordered for a Family of 4: The quality of the lamb chops was poor, a lot of bone and fat, the rice and peas tasted bland.. The Jollof was very greasy, the Jerk chicken was salty and burnt as-well the plantin..overall, the food was a write off and we were very disappointed..

Just wow.. Best Caribbean takeaway I’ve ever had. It tastes so authentic, authentic ingredients have definitely been used. Flavour is powerful. The first restaurant where the goat meat is actually soft. Had the curry goat, rice and peas, and jerk chicken/jollof rice. I’m super fussy ordering Caribbean food, but this hits the SPOT. Delivery was 30 mins late, but boy it was worth it
