Took my watch in for repair. Unfortunately, it was unrepairable. Thank you for being honest as some places try & fob you off. Would go back as there's plenty of jewellery my partner has her eye on & very respectable price

I needed a new engagement ring and wedding band, my partner needed a new wedding band. We looked high and low and couldn't find what we wanted. Went into northwest jewellers and found exactly what we wanted at fab prices. Staff were so helpful. My partner needed a size z+ ring so staff ordered 2 different sizes, said they would take a week or so to arrive in the shop.....they arrived within 2 days. Staff were super helpful when it came to my rings. I needed them made smaller, then I had to go back because they where too small (I gained weight) and they resized them again for me. Nothing was too much trouble. They even polished up my rings for me. Over all, great jewellers with great staff.

Great jewellers with a wide range of jewellery, including watches and antique silver/silver plate objects. Alterations and repairs can also be carried out here. Prices are reasonable, and there's also frequent sales with selected pieces. Staff are great, never had a bad experience! They sell quite a few pieces with gemstones you dont usually see like moonstone as well. You'll definitely find something beautiful :)

Excellent friendly service. Brought in a gold bracelet to repair. Not only was that invisibly mended, they identified elsewhere it was near breaking and fixed that. Plus cleaned it to boot.Amazingly priced repair that was speedily completed.Would definitely recommend.
