I ordered a personalised gin glass unfortunately the glass was poor quality and the engraving not as expected ( poor quality ) I returned the glass only to be told that there was nothing wrong with it and no fault with the glass could be identified, therefore I couldn’t get a refund so a complete waste of time and money - I will not be buying from this company again.

Used this company to engrave some items we wanted to give as gifts at our wedding. I sent them images of the styles I wanted for each item and they were able to do it, no problem! The final products were done so beautifully and professionally and all for a really great price! I was so pleased with everything, I will definitely use them again!

I used sobespoke for my cousins wedding, I purchased engraved champagne flutes for all the bridesmaids and mother of the bride, the quality of the glasses were amazing and very pretty, exactly what I asked for Cant recommend this company enough

Ordered candles through etsy with these guys, and they didn't look how they promised. They explained about it being natural wood but the person communicating was incredibly unwilling to help the situation, it really put me off them even though some of their stuff is lovely. But if something goes wrong you'll have no luck getting replacements/money back. I would've been a little more forgiving if their customer service was better.
