Ford Windows

One of the worst companies i’ve ever experienced. No service, fitters are slack, often other tradespeople with no experience. In a new build less than 1 yr old and they have measured and re-measured the windows 4 times now!! Still not changed or fixed any issues. This company is TERRIBLE

We leave in one of the Strata developments and unfortunately they have Ford windows. We waiting to get an appointment for the replacement of cracked window for more then a month.

Excellent service by the team, gave a reasonable quote and installed new window in good time. Quick service and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Amazed by some of these low star reviews. Had our windows and conservatory done by Richard, Chris and his team. Fantastic. Could not fault. Clean, tidy and professional. For us highly recommended.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible quality windows and even worse customer service. See photos for yourself of their window quality and craftsmanship! Finally after waiting for ages, one of their employee came to fix a few things, while doing so he smashed a little plastic cap on one of our windows outside. Didn't say a word until I went to check his work and saw it and pointed it out to him. He said he doesn't have the part with him and will have to order it and fit next time he is in our area. After a month of waiting I called the service team who told me the guy did not report any breakage and its now my word against his! Avoid at all costs.

Be warned there is no aftercare from this company. We moved into a new build development that Ford worked on. Within a year one of the handles on an emergency window stopped working. I have emailed them and called them asking for details of a replacement part.I am even happy to pay for it and fit it myself even though it is actually under warranty. Ford got kicked off the development in the end because of their work. I can state their aftercare service is just as poor.Wait until you have an issue and they won't care.

If I could give zero stars I would. We unfortunately have dealt with this company over the last two years via Avant. Bifolds front door and windows all have issues. We have had the company out multiple times and still have not fixed the problems. Another window has broken today and I’m told it’s out of warranty. It’s laughable to pay hundreds of thousands for a house and have such a shocking company involved. Amazing how a 2 year old window breaks but all houses I’ve lived in before for longer with older windows have never had any issues! Clearly the product or fitter!!! A formal complaint has been raised im yet to receive a reply. Will be reporting to TS as it seems from the other reviews we are not the only victims here. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Rich and Chris did a first rate job, very professional, arrived when they said they would, tidied up and the windows look great. Highly recommended!

The best window company around, used this company for many years. Chris and Rich did a fantastic job, no mess left, always tidy and proffesionial. Our new windows look amazing . Thank you Ford windows

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Spoke to an employee from Aftercare they were unfriendly, rude, abrupt and unhelpful. The quality of their workmanship/windows are poor, hinges break after 7 years and can’t even source a replacement part and they won’t even provide the contractor contact who made the hinges and instead told me to Google it when I asked for a contact email/phone number repeatedly. Would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid this company.
