The most horrendous place ever! Staff don’t pick up the phone to help and neither want to give appointments out. Even when you get through for an appointment in the end you are told that there are no appointments left!! Actually disappointed and disgusted with this place!!! On this rate they should get closed down!

THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR SURGERY EVER! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE LAZY STAFF THAT PUTS THE PHONES ON SILENT. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE. I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD. THEY DONT WANNA SEE YOU IF YOU'RE 5 MINUTES LATE BUT THEY WILL HAPPILY MAKE YOU WAIT OVER 10 MINUTES IF YOU COME ON TIME.IF YOU'RE THINKING OF JOINING, MY ADVISE IS DONT !! IS

Very poor service I wouldn't give 1 star for them I waited 48 min for to book appointment and when my turn came they say its fully booked very disponted

Asked to book for an overdue smear test, was told I was too young by the receptionist- I am 27- 2 years into the age smears should be taken from.I insisted I was booked, however imagine the number of people that would have believed the uneducated (on this matter) receptionist?Also, upon visiting for a test, I was asked rather abruptly at the door why I was visiting, by men in causal clothing. Introduce yourselves?No idea who they were so I said I will speak to the receptionist. It seems they had no comprehension of patient dignity/respect and it turns out they worked within the practice.Thankfully I got to speak to someone with a more professional attitude after this and was seen by a good nurse.
