Took my vehicle in for an MOT and major service. From the beginning i was made to feel welcome by all staff. I have no complaints on the service provided. A courtesy video (free) sent via email with a brief explanation from technician. Service carried out to high spec, mot carried out without issue. Finally the courtesy car i received was of a very high specification.Thanks to all involved from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

My service has always been good and staff have always been helpful and attentive. The reason why i have given a 3 star is because of the lack of communication regarding booking my MOT in.I was firstly told I need to bring my car in for 8.30am, I felt I was kinda of pushed into taking my car in for that time! So I reluctantly agreed however cancelled it by calling in. I rearranged it for another day and was specifically told my MOT will take an hour a half. Therfore I agreed for my car to go at a specific timeI called up again just to confirm the time however I was told to take my car in at 8.30am again! I explained to the lady this is not possible and I would not have agreed the time of 8.30am due to school drop offs! I also explained that I specifically remember it was booked in for either 9.30am or 9.40am.I also explained to that I have called up three times to arrange this and on my first call I asked if I could have a courtesy car due to the nature of my job. I was told no.I just feel disappointed something so simple cannot be filtered through to meet customer satisfaction.

Just wanted to share my experience of dealing with this dealership. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Prompt at answering the phone even when busy (a lot of franchised dealers are guilty of not answering the phone). Polite and empathetic staff who truly listen to a customer's concerns and provide the best solutions whilst being flexible to my requirements. I would like to say a special thank you to Michael from the parts department. I must say I have been thoroughly impressed with his service. He is so polite on the phone and seems to be one of only few who remembers what customer service is supposed to be and upholds it to a greater standard than most. Had a fantastic experience from day one. Had a wait for our new vehicle but nothing was too much trouble. Matthew Davey Dunderdale helped us throughout our experience with Nissan. It was our first time at the dealership. We were made very welcome by all staff, introduced to the management who also helped to search for the vehicle that we required from other sites.
