We recently hired Darren and his expert team at ProAble to address a small issue we had with a collapsed corner of our living room ceiling. From the very start, Darren impressed us with his thorough assessment of the situation, discovering damage that went far beyond what we had initially realised.Thanks to Darren's keen eye and extensive knowledge, we discovered rotting joists and water damage all throughout the ceiling area. What initially appeared to be a simple repair job quickly became a much bigger project, with the need for steel beams, new ceilings, carpentry work, and even the involvement of a structural engineer.Despite the unexpected scope of the project, we are happy to report that ProAble were exceptionally efficient, working tirelessly for weeks to complete the job to an incredibly high standard. We recently used darren on a full renovation of a HMO in Brynmill, darren and his team couldn’t have been more helpful, keeping the project on track and dealing with any problems which arose quickly and efficiently. The teams attention to detail is superb, with everything being finished to an extremely high standard. In November 2020 ProAble began the process of renovating our main bathroom and from the onset we knew we were in safe hands. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally with Darren being an excellent reliable and methodical project manager. The whole team from the plumbers, electricians, builders, painters and tiler gave us incredible service and we are delighted with the finished result. In March 2021 our beautiful kitchen was completed and Darren at ProAble was our first and only choice to carry out the renovation task. Again we can only highly commend the service and workmanship provided – nothing was too much trouble for Darren and the team and he ensured that every detail was of the highest standard. I contacted Darren and his team through his Facebook page, Darren and his team were a joy to work with very professional throughout a 10 week renovation of taking up existing tiled floors throughout that had underfloor heating, removing kitchen and tiled wet room installed new kitchen, new sliders, carpentry new tiling in wet room, painting and decorating throughout. Darren coordinated all trades plumber electrician carpenter. Advised me and held my hand throughout. Took all the stress of organising trades etc. I would recommend pro able Ltd for any renovations.
