Sign says “clean toilets promote good health” don’t think they have been cleaned since it was built!!! I’ve been to festival toilets that were in better conditions!!!Seriously get them cleaned! It’s disgusting to put it lightly…

Absolutely disgusting, the guys behind the counter don’t even look at you or speak to you, I use this place regularly and it’s gotten so downhill the last few months. The shop smells like a dead body I can still smell it now and it’s been a few hours since I left and the toilets are atrocious

Absolute rip off. Already overpriced £4:95 meal deal plus a Costa came to nearly £12 somehow which I questioned obviously. The guy then took an item off and then tried charging me nearly £10 still.

Guy behind the till didn’t even acknowledge anyone who was going in and out, not a single word spoken to any customers in the queue including myself, he was too busy talking on his headphones… I wouldn’t normally care but working in retail it frustrates me to see this, and is just rude

Absolutely disgusting toilets. Clearly hadn't been clean all day if not all weekThe festival I was driving to had cleaner toilets, seriously!Advice.. Unless you are running on fumes keep driving to the next services.

I recently visit to the BP Gretna Petrol Station. The station was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restroom is also porperly maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Worst services! The toilets were absolutely shocking! The smell hit me as I got out the car at the petrol pump! There was no toilet roll in any female toilet, all the toilet seats were covered in what I presume to be urine! The sinks were covered in old toilet paper, bins over flowing and a used sanitary pad on the floor! Presumable these toilets are nothing to do with the londis shop/petrol station as they were a separate stand alone block.
