Porsche Centre Chester

I have been a customer of Porsche Chester for well over 10 years and have always received great customer service from the sales and after sales teams. Great service from Martin and Iain recently when I picked up a previously loved Boxster that was prepared to a very high standard. A++++ from me.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent purchase of a Porsche 911 Turbo S from your dealership. As a loyal Porsche customer for 15 years, I have always held your company in high regard for its commitment to quality and service. However, my recent experience has left me greatly disillusioned.On the 21st of October, 2023, I encountered several issues with the 911 Turbo S shortly after taking delivery. The most alarming of these issues was the engine management light coming on, resulting in a significant loss of power. I had to call out the Porsche breakdown service to have the vehicle recovered. This was an unexpected and highly inconvenient situation for me.Moreover, my dissatisfaction doesn't end there. When I took delivery of the vehicle, the tire pressure light came on within 20 minutes of driving. I promptly took the car to a tire shop, and it was discovered that there was a small bubble in the inner tire wall, which required replacement. While I understand that all Porsches undergo thorough checks before delivery, it was disappointing that I had to cover this expense.The most concerning issue, however, is the misinformation I received regarding the car's ownership history. I was told that the vehicle had only two owner, but upon receiving the logbook, I discovered it had four previous keepers. This misrepresentation of the car's ownership history is not only misleading but also deeply concerning. I would not have purchased the car had I known about its multiple previous owners.As a loyal Porsche customer, I had expected a level of transparency and integrity that would reflect the brand's reputation. Unfortunately, my recent experience has shaken my confidence in your dealership. I believe that such discrepancies and the subsequent issues I've encountered are not in line with the quality and service Porsche is known for.I had contacted the salesman joshua seefus in number of times to get assistance on resolving the issue and sent photographic evidence of issues stated however i was totally disregarded not given any response and lied to despite the fact dvla said it has 4 owners and it stating on the logbook.I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I am eager to resolve these issues and restore my faith in your dealership. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation, such as photos of the tire issue, to support my claims.I look forward to your response and hope we can find a satisfactory resolution to these matters.Mr Malik

I had a really good experience with Porsche Chester, I had spoken to Dave a few times previously but there was never the right car but he always kept in touch . I saw the car I wanted on the Saturday morning online and I popped in with no appointment in the afternoon, we had secured a deal within 15 minutes of me seeing the car, they even got the car ready for the Thursday to collect. The hand over was brilliant and overall a pretty pleasant experience, both Dave and Helen are two of the most lovely people to deal with and the best thing about it was, no pressure at all!!

Visited Porsche Chester today the reception team were friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Helped with our enquiries and provided refreshments. Called into Porsche Chester to use their charger before getting on the ferry. I’d only bought my Taycan the day before from another dealer and wasn’t sure how to use the charger. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful dark haired lady on reception. She asked Conor to come and help me. Conor was absolutely fantastic! He sorted my app out and showed me how to charge the car and a few other things inside it too. The lady on reception asked us all in for a coffee while we waited. They could not have been more helpful. Fantastic!

My experience with Porsche Centre Chester is a bit of a mixed bag, and it's quite a lengthy story. On the positive side, I found that their selection of used cars, especially the shortlisted ones, generally had good specifications. I placed an order for an older version of the Cayman with low mileage and traveled all the way from London to Chester for what I hoped would be an exciting journey.The sales process itself was handled well, and I must commend the salesperson, Tom, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I believe most of the credit for my 4-star rating goes to him. However, my overall journey was marred by a rattling issue with the car. Waiting for a resolution after making a full payment and collecting the car was more challenging than I expected, which was disappointing as I had higher expectations from Porsche.I had to make numerous calls to get the assistance I needed. I drove back to Chester, which took another 4 hours, for them to investigate the issue. The technical team was helpful and willing to assist once they confirmed the problem. They even arranged a sponsored one-night hotel stay and repair. However, the issue persisted after the workshop visit.In the end, it was Tom, the salesperson, who helped identify the cause and arranged for the fix. I don't want to place blame on anyone at the center, as my situation was largely due to my location and some bad luck with the car's quality. If I lived closer to Chester, I would still consider Porsche Centre Chester as one of my preferred dealerships. However, I do expect more from Porsche in terms of their so-called 111-point check before delivery, which would have potentially saved me the unnecessary journey for repairs.

Had a fantastic experience in Porsche today. Victoria on reception was so polite and professional, made a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. Her knowledge on the cars was very insightful - will be coming back to buy a car!

Many, many thanks to Ian, Jack and Victoria for making my terminally ill friend Andy's day by giving him a drive of a Porsche 911. You were absolutely brilliant and we will never forget the kindness you showed him while we were there. You are all amazing and you absolutely made his day. Words aren't enough. My husband recently purchased a Cayenne and Dave was absolutely brilliant. The level of service was second to none and what a lovely experience we had when we collected the car a few days after. Other dealerships in the area could learn at lot from Porsche, absolutely exceptional
