Staff was too rude poor customer service highly disappointed never visit again

It is located at Ealing road Wembley , ukThey have such a nice collection of jewellery with affordable price

Silver is overpriced on dhanteras. Every where else the price of 10 grms silver coin is £15. Here they charged £25 for 10grms. When you confront them for prices, manager answers rudely and say “Take it or leave it, we dont have time for this”.

I brought gold for £5500. It was a very delicate design. It was breaking every time . I went to return them back. They paid me only £2000. I will never go to the gold box again. Not good. They don't even deserve 1 star.

The saleslady was courteous, but WARNING about the owner. He attempted to take advantage of my elderly parents by initially quoting one price, and then slyly revising the price up whilst they were about to pay.

You don’t deserve 0 as well but you should know about that what happened in your store you staff her name Hetal was very rude in insulting me the way she behaved it’s not acceptable I know m not asking for free or m not a begger I know and they should know what they are selling she’s behaved like she’s owners of shop she hve to respect their customer or must must be polite with every customer I think you should take an action to her . While you are running a good business you should think about you imagine

It was my really bad experience in gold box staff was treating me like m a begger she don’t know that she’s dealing in precious metal gold or diamonds and the way she treat me it’s not acceptable at all the should train their staff to how to behave nd her name is Hetal I can’t get forget that day the was she insulted me . I request to management to take action about this incident.

I visited Gold box recently. I had very good experience there. Staff was good and supportive , explained us about different type jewelry . Made us understand about prices and they give us very good and cheap price than other jeweller.We are satisfied with the priceThank you

I became one of there most regular customer just after visiting first time last year and now I m more regular than my school.Every time when I visit I buy more than my plan just because of fabulous customer service and great assistance in making choices. Recently I went on 29th to buy 80g but I bought 140g. I definitely suggest to visit at least once.Thank you Bansari for your patience and support in buying what we love.

I would put zero stars if I could. Over priced and cheats. The male owner is rude. I calculated the price of gold which is a simple method….. weight x price of gold + 20% VAT. Then you add the labour cost. For 2 simple bangles even after haggling the cost of LABOUR was almost £400.the owner came and rudely said he didn’t want to sell to me simply because his principal. I think it was more a case of, he came up against someone who could not be cheated in their dirty tactics.My overall investment at the price I was willing to pay would have meant he would have earned nearly 35% nett profit after VAT. If I paid what they were asking they would be working nearly 43%.I this day and age no high st retailers work on those margins.Avoid at all cost. They are rude and will cheat your investment.May the VAT man might be interested in looking at their books.
