Carpetright

Carpet right... Lino wrong!! Had a professional estimator come out as it's a quirky old building. The pattern is so far off its beyond the joke. Fitter was unable to do anything else as there was no extra on that side. I assume with lino it works the same as floor tiles and you measure from the centre of the room? Carpet looks wicked, my kitchen sucks! Also how is it free fitting when I pay the fitter? They have just not billed me... overall Carpet Right.. Lino Wrong!

when we entered the branched we were served by Lisa who was outstanding in helping us select the right carpet for our needs. She went into detail about each of the products we were interested in and we left the shop feeling confident that we had made the right choice to buy through them.

Went to the store to choose carpet and laminate for our new house. Paul was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and explain different options. He was also great with entertaining our little one with a balloon! Very happy and satisfied

Brilliant experience at carpet right in daybrook I visited for some lino and Paul was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we left with the product we wanted. Excellent customer service from all employees will definitely be back!

Went to look for a carpet, one member of staff there, whilst I appreciate he was serving someone, no acknowledgement whatsoever, went elsewhere,got a better deal

I cannot thank David and Lisa at Carpetright , Drybrook enough! Me and my partner are moving into a new build and decided to sort our flooring through Carpetright instead of through our developer. From the first visit David helped us decide on the most appropriate flooring for each room and took the time to show us all our options. We visited multiple times until we agreed on our options and each time David took the time to answer any further questions and didn't rush us to make a decision. Simon was our measurer and he was very communicative throughout, making the process very easy and stress free. Today we visited the store to complete our payments and book fitting and Lisa looked after us. She went through our order very carefully including all the minute details we wouldn't have even thought about! Overall our experience has been amazing and I would highly recommend them for their amazing customer care and great knowledge.
