Honestly, we were a little disappointed with the Magnet showroom. The kitchens appeared old and tired, with very little innovation on show. Sales team were friendly and polite, and weren't pushy at all. Parking and access was really easy, was just disappointed in the product on display.

Went here today, when eventually the woman looked up, we told her we were starting an extension and liked a magnet kitchen we had seen. We just wanted to finalise a design. She told us to go to another magnet store….Worst service! Why don’t Magnet want to sell us a kitchen!

Very helpful staff. Kitchen showroom showing most types of units and accessories. Samples of cabinet colours anf worktops so you can see what blends together. Very informative help

Kevin has been excellent, he didn't push us to buy a kitchen from him and was very helpful. He found us the cheapest options for our budget and when the oven was on back order, he sourced it from another store and had it delivered the next day. The delivery drivers were all very friendly and helpful, one even put our old washing machine in our garage for us. Can't fault Magnet, they've been excellent from start to finish.

Floor and wall units fine, worktops and sink very poor; staff attitude (Magnet rep at my home) same as worktops and sink. Stainless steel sinks? They should be arrested for calling them stainless. Worktops and sink suffered COLD water damage (see photos) within a few of days of being fitted. Magnet rep tried to blame me. In the end I gave up, told her not to bother and then ripped them all out, dumped them and then replaced them with better quality.

After receiving different quotes and designs from different companies, I went to Magnet show room to have a kitchen design. I was so impressed with the design that Lucy their designer had done for my kitchen. She was so creative, knowledgeable and patient with great attention to details. Her design ideas was in a different level from any other designers that I have meet so far.Definitely recommend.

The manager arrived late to open up, hence we stood outside in the rain for 10 mins past the supposed opening time of the showroom. The person we had been talking to was apparently on holiday and the person who we had an appointment to see was off sick. The manager then had a chat with us instead, but didn't seem to know much about the product. His insistence that your cooker hood would set up a circulation of air in the kitchen reducing the need to clean it down to once a year was completely laughable. Wrote off Magnet there and then. A complete shambles.

What can I say? We started with Magnet 5 months ago and my kitchen is still not finished. After many issues, the last straw came with the cooker backsplash. The fitter had not aligned the cooker hood with the cooker so when they fitted the backsplash there was a gap down one side. We have now waited 3 weeks to get it fixed but have seen no progress. I would not recommend Magnet.
