Rainbow Aquatics Aqua Fitness & Yoga
I can’t recommend Jenny’s Aqua classes highly enough - Aqua yoga is part of my weekly routine and is the ONLY fitness class I’ve ever stuck with. It’s fun, gets a good stretch and work out in and the atmosphere is totally welcoming and non judgmental. The pool is lovely and warm and the class sizes just right. We genuinely have a good laugh every week and I come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Totally recommend giving it a go!
